Summer Training |
 |
| Each student is required to undertake a summer project with a reputed company for a minimum period of 45 working days. This is full-time assignment scheduled in the long summer break between the first and the second year program. The company assigns a project on a functional area where the trainee is required to address a problem and arrive at recommendations based on knowledge, skills, and techniques learnt at the institute. The student not only has the opportunity to apply meaningfully his skills to a real life problem, but also has a full-time exposure during this period to a corporate environment and a first hand experience of his future career. |

Industry Orientation |

| The Institute organizes periodic visits of the students to reputed companies and their plants every year whereby, the students are required to establish close interaction, starting from the top management to the rank & file workers. The students gain familiarity with the working of these organizations. They also gain an insight into corporate functioning through in-depth interview and discussions with working executives. |

Extra-Curricular & Cultural Activities |

| The institute believes in all-round development of students and encourages them to participate in sports and games, inter management institutes competitions, cultural nights etc. The institute organizes management games on Saturday which includes Personality Identification, Case Studies, JAM, Business Games, Fetes, Ad Mad Shows, Bidding Games etc. Students organizes and participates in these activities under the supervision of the faculty coordinator. This provides them opportunities to learn the techniques of event management and enrich their knowledge and managerial skills. |
